🚂 One Train. One Switch at a Time. A Line Worth Saving.

A real-time railway puzzle roguelite about fragile cargo, impossible timetables, and the people at the end of the line.

The Company is closing the last local railways. Its black demolition train is already on the move. You have your grandfather Aimé's red locomotive, a handful of wagons, and one final chance to bring Line 9 home.

  • 🔎 Recover the five fragments of the Charter.
  • 🚉 Reach the central Terminus.
  • 🛤️ Decide what kind of railway you leave behind.

🎛️ You Don't Steer the Train. You Decide Where It Goes.

Your locomotive moves by itself. Click a junction to change its route, watch the thin white line, and choose between brake, cruise, and steam. A straight looks tempting—until the next curve sends your wagons swaying.

Coal pressure powers two competing advantages: a burst of speed or slow-time planning. Spend it to escape trouble, or save it to think your way through the next crossing.

📦 Your Wagons Are the Stakes

There is no conventional health bar. What you lose is what you were trying to deliver.

Open up different ways to survive

Build your convoy from 10 wagon types, unlock 4 locomotives, and choose from 26 upgrade cards. Fit stronger brakes, shock couplings, emergency rails, a signal whistle, and more. Each station offers three upgrades: take one, then choose the next branch of the line.

🗺️ Five Regions. Twenty-Five Missions. One Last Terminus.

Cross the open fields of the Lowlands, the rocky Iron Veins, the volatile Refineries, the icy High Pass, and the illuminated Midnight Yard.

Deliver freight, use sorting loops to rearrange the front of your train, hold and release priority traffic, and outrun the Dismantler as it tears up the rails behind you. Five regional finales hold the Charter fragments. A final, twenty-sixth stage ends with the game's simplest action: one last switch.

Two endings. No final boss health bar. Just a decision.

🔁 The Network Has a Memory

A failed journey brings you back to the Depot—but your banked stars remain. Unlock new engines, expand the workshop, and increase your coal reserves for the next attempt.

  • Seeded rail modules vary the routes between journeys.
  • Optional contracts reward careful—or daring—driving.
  • The Daily Line shares a date-based starting seed, without depot bonuses or an online leaderboard.
  • After a victory, three Alert levels make the next journey less forgiving.

🎨 Read the Railway, Not a Wall of Meters

Clean top-down rolling stock. Muted countryside. Warm industrial yards. A station clock, a speed lever, and brief messages from Aimé's old radio. Procedural music and rail sounds respond to the pace of your journey.

The interface, handbook, and story are available in English and French. Local checkpoints let you continue a stage from its departure; save export and import are included. Reduced motion, a brighter route indicator, and a relaxed timetable are available in Settings.
